sad

Very very very very disappointed that Portland, Maine is not on the list. What did we do here to make you not want to come back? I know the last show (almost a year ago) was nearly sold out if not completely. Many people were angry and hurt that the May show was cancelled and looked forward to the fall tour.
I hate being mad at my favorite band! Come back!

starboard means on the right side and port means left. i assume he was referring to the fact that portland, maine is on the right side of the us while portland, oregon is on the left.

Do you "people of extraordinary musical talent, meant in a nice way, of fairly sane orientation, also meant in a nice way" intend tour the UK at some point in the future?

I'd say expect them around the same time as last year, October/November. With a decent distributor like Rough Trade behind them, they may even do a more comprehensive tour than the last time.
